Trane (tm) XL14i 3-1/2 ton Condensing unit - to 15 SEER

This 3-1/2-ton Trane Air conditioning condensing unit was NEW when we put it in storage due to a mistake. The mistake was that when we started to install the unit we noticed that it was NOT a heat pump, which we had ordered. We had to have a heat pump right away so a helper was sent to get one. This unit had the suction line soldered in before the mistake was noticed, but not the liquid line, so the valves were never opened and the unit wasn't even connected to power. We were never able to determine if our office or the supplier made the mistake, so we kept it for a later sale. Of course it got forgotten in the back of the warehouse.. Unit still has ~4 years on the factory warranty (10 years from date of manufacture).

NOTE: Proof of a refrigerant handling certificate will be necessary before purchase! If you do not have one we will recover the refrigerant from the unit and ship the unit with a holding charge of dry nitrogen.
