Shipping & Returns

PAYMENT POLICY:

Right now we can accept PayPal or a check (must clear before shipping). Residents of Texas must pay a 6.75% sales tax.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. If you would like to know the approximate shipping costs, please calculate them using the Shipping Weight and Shipping Dimensions listed or a freight calculator for large/heavy items. Our shipping zip code is 75975. Local handling fees range from $2.00 for small sized items to $45.00 for large or oversized items. If we can save you shipping by bundling things together, we will (such as putting a capacitor inside a motor box when you buy both).

We require a phone number with the delivery address. We cannot ship without a contact phone number for the shipper to contact you. Large items (150 lbs./oversize) will be shipped by common carrier, prepaid only.

We currently ship to the United States only. Sorry, but residents of Alaska or Hawaii must add an extra $18.00 to the existing shipping charge when making purchase (items under 150 pounds). Shipping by United Parcel Service is suspended at this time, as UPS has not honored insurance of an insured shipment we think they should have honored.

All shipments are sent via USPS (under 3 lbs please request this) and FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified or requested. We assume no responsibility for shipment time in transit, and trust the Post Office or other shipping company to ship within their time-in-transit estimates. Please note that FedEx do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Tracking numbers are available by request.


LIABILITY:

We cannot assume responsibility if this item does not meet your needs or is incompatible with your existing equipment. Please feel free to ask us any questions you might have before ordering. We also value your safety! ALWAYS turn off power to equipment you are working on. Be safe and make sure those around you are safe. That said, we cannot be there to assure your safety and therefore assume no liability for injury or damage to yourself, your possessions, or others as a result of installing or using items you received from us.

MISPRINTS, TYPOS, AND ASSUMPTIONS:

Seller is not responsible for misprints, typographical errors, or the buyer's assumptions, so please ask all questions before ordering. You can expect items to be shipped within 7 business days, in most cases, after payment clears. For faster shipping please use Pay Pal. Final shipping and handling costs will be included on your invoice.

RETURN POLICY:

Items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, except items being sold As Is. Only those items with a preexisting defect not stated in the description, are guaranteed a full refund. We will personally test all motors before shipping. Since motors will be tested, no burned-out motors will be accepted for return. Electrical items such as transformers and thermostats which can be harmed by improper installation can not be returned. MAKE SURE YOUR WIRING IS CORRECT! If in doubt, e-mail us and we will try to help, or you should call in a service tech.

If for some reason an item does need to be returned, please contact us via our contact form and we will assist you in whatever way possible. If you receive an item that was not described accurately we will assist you in getting a refund or finding a replacement. All items are represented to the best of our ability. We will give a refund if the item is misrepresented. To receive a refund, buyer must contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the item and we must receive the item in its original condition at the time of sale at the Seller's location within two weeks from the date first received. Buyer must initially pay for the cost of shipping items back to the Seller. Refunds are subject to the Seller's discretion and may include shipping, postage and insurance costs. If your package is lost or damaged in shipment, HAVE THE SHIPPER MAKE NOTE OF THE DAMAGE, KEEP ALL SHIPPING PACKAGING AND CONTACT US - NOT THE SHIPPER. WE WILL CONTACT THE SHIPPER CONCERNING THE PROBLEM. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE THAT OCCURS AFTER ITEMS HAVE LEFT OUR STORE, BUT THE SHIPPER IS RESPONSIBLE TO US.

We hate all the fine print, too, but some people are just mean.
